Jilie Terms & Conditions — Know everything before you sign up

Before using the jilie.ws website and all associated services (collectively referred to as "jilie" or the "Platform"), please read these Terms & Conditions Reading these terms carefully is mandatory. By browsing this page or creating an account, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to all of these terms.

The following key terms used in this document are defined below for clarity:

• "Member" or "You" — Any individual who has registered with or is using jilie's services.
• "We" or "jilie" — the jilie.ws platform and its operating authority.
• "Account" — a member's personal user profile on jilie.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — A prediction made in exchange for money on any game or sports event.
• "Wallet" — the balance stored in a member's account.

To open an account with jilie, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to proceed. jilie may request identity verification at any time to confirm your age.
• You must register using accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false information will result in your account being closed.
• Each individual may only One Account open. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.
• If online gaming is prohibited by law in your country or region, you may not use jilie.
• Verification of the mobile number and email address provided at registration is mandatory.

Jilie reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time without providing a reason. Copies of a national ID, passport, or driving license may be requested for identity verification.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Please keep the following in mind:

• Your Strong password and never share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• All bets and transactions made from your account are considered your own actions, unless you report an account breach immediately.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Avoid using your account on public devices without logging out.

Jilie supports transactions via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. The maximum single deposit limit varies depending on the payment method used.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes Within 15 minutes to 24 hours Completed.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Jilie reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.

There are no hidden charges on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — jilie is not responsible for those. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Jilie's bonus offers are exclusive perks for members, but they come with specific terms and conditions:

• Welcome Bonus Applicable to new members only, on their first deposit.
• For each bonus Wagering Requirement Set separately and clearly communicated at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Bonus Limited Time. If wagering is not completed within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Some bonuses are restricted to specific games or categories.
• Jilie reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply when placing bets on jilie:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the match or event itself is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a technical error causes abnormal odds to be displayed, jilie reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment, and bet acceptance depends on the odds at that time.
• Any account found to be involved in match fixing or any form of fraud will be permanently closed.

Each game in the Games section is governed by its own rules. If a session is interrupted due to a technical issue during gameplay, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the RNG log.

The following actions may result in account suspension and legal action:

• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on jilie's systems.

Jilie reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If satisfactory documents are not provided during the identity verification process.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (typically more than 12 months).
• Upon order of a court or regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification before the account is closed.

Jilie believes gaming is entertainment, not addiction. To support our members, we provide the following tools:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limit — set your own limits.
• Cooldown Period — take a break from gaming for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion — Account lock options ranging from 3 months to permanent.
